6 <br />Release of Easement made the am - <br />This day of 5L , 1998, by the City <br />of South Bend by and through its Board of Public Works, witnesseth: <br />Whereas, by a Drainage Easement dated the 4th day of October, 1994, and recorded in St. <br />Joseph County, Instrument No. 9438010, grantor, the South Bend Redevelopment Authority did <br />thereby grant to grantee, the City of South Bend, its successors and assigns: <br />A part of Lot 2 as shown on the plat of Blackthorn Corporate Office Park Minor #6 as <br />recorded as Instrument Number 9750407 and part of Lot 7 as shown on the plat of <br />Blackthorn Corporate Park as recorded as Instrument Number 9438010 both in the Office <br />of the Recorder of St. Joseph County, Indiana, also being part of the Southwest Quarter of <br />Section 20, Township 38 North, Range 2 East, German Township, St. Joseph County, <br />Indiana, described as follows: <br />Commencing at the Southeast corner of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 20; thence <br />North 89 degrees 27 minutes 05 seconds West along said South line of the Southwest Quarter <br />of Said Section 20 a distance of 1063.56 feet to the Point of Beginning of this description; <br />then North 88 degrees 27 minutes 05 seconds West along said South line a distance of 34.64 <br />feet; thence North 29 degrees 27 minutes 05 seconds West a distance of 542.68 feet; thence <br />North 60 degrees 32 minutes 55 seconds East a distance of 30.00 feet; thence South 29 <br />degrees 27 minutes 05 East a distance of 560.00 feet to the Point of Beginning, containing <br />0.380 acres. <br />Whereas, the City of South Bend has agreed to relinquish and release above -described <br />drainage easement. <br />Now this said Release of Easement for Storm Drainage witnesseth that, the City of South <br />Bend releases said Easement and its rights thereunder, with the intent that the Easement for Storm <br />Drainage may be forever extinguished. <br />Cj ON co - <br />S3 N <br />
