ORDINANCE NO. (, 9 oZ I -!{ 1 AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING $473.50 FROM VARIOUS ACCOUNTS TO VARIOUS ACCOUNTS WITHIN THE CITY CLERK'S BUDGET OF THE GENERAL FUND OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA. STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT Certain extraordinary conditions have developed since the adoption of the existing annual budget so that it is now necessary to transfer money from various accounts to various accounts in the annual budget. The City Clerk has ascertained that certain accounts in the Clerk's budget have excess funds and seeks a transfer in order to alalow the Clerk's office to continue to fulfill its functions. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City ofSouth Bend, Indiana, as follows: SECTION I. That the following account be adjusted as described below. Reduce the following account: 110.0 Salaries and Wages $473.50 Increase the following account: 252.0 Equipment Repair $473.50 SECTION II.
