Talboom Deputy <br /> Mary Beth Wisniewski Chief Deputy <br /> <br /> <br />REPORT FROM THE SUB-COMMITTEE ON MINUTES <br />Councilmember White made a motion that the minutes of the April 8, 2013, meeting of the <br />Council be accepted and placed on file. Councilmember Scott seconded the motion which <br />carried by a voice vote of nine (9) ayes. <br /> <br />SPECIAL BUSINESS <br /> <br />Council President Dieter made an announcement that the Monday, May 27, 2013 meeting of the <br />Council will be moved to Wednesday, May 29, 2013 due to the Memorial Day Holiday. <br /> <br />Council President Dieter welcomed the IUSB Journalism Class. <br /> <br />Council Attorney Kathleen Cekanski-Farrand gave an update on possible litigation. She stated <br />that this morning she received a letter from the U.S. Department of Justice that was sent to the <br />Legal Department to check for dates for interviews with each of the Councilmembers with regard <br />to a Special Exception that the Council acted upon last year.
