This agreement is for the <br />installation of a 24" sewer line on NIPSCO property. <br />Upon your approval, please have both copies signed and notarized. Both copies <br />must then be sent to my attention for execution by NIPSCO officers. <br />Once this agreement has been completely executed, you may contact Mr. John <br />R.
