Moore and Caroline Moore, husband and wife,them'se'lves <br />and their successors and assigns and any and all successors in the <br />interest of the below described real property, (GRANTORS), convey and <br />dedicate for use as public right-of-way, to the City of South Bend, <br />Indiana, (GRANTEE) for and in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) and <br />other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of <br />which is hereby acknowledged, certain Real Property situated in St. <br />Joseph County, Indiana, more particularly described as: <br />Key Number 18-8153-5533. A parcel of land being a part <br />of the Northwest Quarter of Section 22, Township 37 <br />North, Range 2 East, Portage Township, City of South <br />Bend, St. Joseph County, Indiana, and being more <br />particularly described as follows: <br />Commencing at the Northeast corner of the said lot, being <br />at a point on the existing West right-of-way line of <br />Locust Road, also being the point of beginning; thence <br />South along the right-of-way line for a distance of <br />approximately 101 feet to the Southeast corner of the <br />lot; thence West 10 feet along the South lot line; thence <br />North a distance of approximately 101 feet and parallel <br />to the existing West right-of-way of Locust Road to the <br />North lot line; thence East 10 feet to the point of <br />beginning, and containing approximately .029 acres.
