This will leave a balance of $113,255.69 in this <br />fund. <br />The Bureau of Solid Waste needs additional funds in their <br />salaries accounts to cover a deficit which will exist due <br />to a secretary being transferred to the payroll from the <br />Water Works payroll. In addition, their contractual accounts <br />need to be increased due to a forty cent (40(�) per yard in- <br />crease in landfill not budgeted in 1980.
