This will leave <br />a balance of ,159,469.26 in this fund. <br />The Bureau of Sewers needs additional funds to cover a deficit <br />in their Social Security account which exists due to under - <br />budgeting and to the fact that Social Security is now billing <br />on a monthly basis.
