G x''70- ?a <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING ADDITIONAL OPERATING FUNDS IN THE AMOUNT <br />OF $12,902.00 FOR THE CALENDAR YEAR 1980, FROM THE SEWAGE WORKS <br />OPERATIONS AND MAINTENANCE FUND TO BE ADMINISTERED BY THE CITY OF <br />SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, THROUGH THE BUREAU OF SEWERS. <br />STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br />WHEREAS, unforeseen circumstances have made it necessary to <br />appropriate more monies than were originally appropriated in the 1980 <br />Operating Budget. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SOUTH BEND, INDIANA AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section I: That for the calendar year 1980, the Council does <br />hereby approve an additional appropriation in the amount of $12,902.00. <br />Said appropriation will be administered through the Bureau of Sewers as <br />set forth below: <br />312.0 Fuel Oil <br />620.0 Social Security <br />$12,800.00 <br />102.00 <br />$12,902.00 <br />Section II: This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from <br />and after its passage by the Common Council, approval by the Mayor, and <br />the fulfillment of all statutory requirements pertaining to emergency <br />appropriations. <br />Isf <br />2nd READING <br />NOT APPROVED <br />REFERRED <br />PASSED (a _ �y. 80 <br />Member of the Common Council <br />RED u3 16L. j�'S OuICE <br />Irene Gammon <br />CITY CLERK, SOUTH BEND,IND. <br />
