AND SUSANA M_ CAI -ELL <br />19384 E. CLEVELAND ROAD <br />KEY #02-1020-0443.01 <br />SOUTH BEND, ST. JOSEPI-I COUNTY, INDIANA 46637 <br />PATRICK F. AND SUSANA M.
