A parcel of land being a part of the Northwest Quarter of <br />Section 22, Township 37 North, Range 2 East, Portage Township, City of South Bend, St. <br />Joseph County, Indiana, and being more particularly described as follows: <br />Commencing at the Northwest corner of the said lot, being at a point on the existing East <br />right-of-way line of Locust Road, also being the point of beginning; thence South along <br />the right-of-way line for a distance of approximately 177.4 feet to the Southwest corner <br />of the lot; thence East 10 feet along the South lot fine; thence North a distance of <br />approximately 177.4 feet and parallel to the existing East right-of-way of Locust Road to <br />the North lot line; thence West 10 feet to the point of beginning, and containing <br />approximately .04 acres.
