Ranschaert for herself and her successors and assigns <br />and any and all successors in the interest of the below described real <br />property, (GRANTORS), convey and dedicate for use as public right-of- <br />way, to the City of South Bend, Indiana, (GRANTEE) for and in <br />consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable <br />consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby <br />acknowledged, certain Real Property situated in St. Joseph County, <br />Indiana, more particularly described as: <br />Mail Tax Ball to: <br />Key Number 18-8153-5530.
