There- <br />fore no fund is in any danger of operating at a deficit. This <br />transfer of funds is necessary at this time in order that appro- <br />priated monies will match actual expenditures in the various <br />budgets. <br />I have not provided the specific account balance information that <br />has been requested with all ordinances because of the magnitude <br />of this particular bill, but we will be happy to supply the account <br />balances in response to specific requests.
