ORDINANCE NO. e ? 6 ' - %o <br />AN ORDINANCE DESIGNATING AND ESTABLISHING AN <br />HISTORIC LANDMARK UNDER ORDINANCE NO. 5565 -73, <br />AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 4990 -68, AS AMENDED, <br />COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE <br />CITY OF SOUTH BEND <br />WHEREAS, the Historic Preservation Commi.ssion of South Bend <br />and St. Joseph County has petitioned for the designation of the following <br />described real estate as an Historic Landmark under Ordinance No. 5565- <br />73, as amended, to wit: <br />Lot 10 Stovers Sub BOL 81 <br />The improvements located upon said land can <br />be commonly described as 121 N.
