• <br />South Bend Redevelopment Authority <br />Rescheduled Regular Meeting -February 27, 1995 <br />3. NEW BUSINESS <br />a. Authority approval requested for execution of an Addendum to the Lease <br />for the Airport Economic Development Area Tax-Exempt Public <br />Improvement Project. <br />Mrs. Kolata noted that the Lease for the Airport tax exempt bond includes a <br />description of the project to be completed with those bond funds. This <br />Addendum to the Lease amends the project description in the Lease to include <br />improvements to the intersection of Nimtz Parkway and Bendix Drive. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Wroblewski, seconded by Mr. Gammage and <br />unanimously carried, the Authority approved the Addendum to Lease for the <br />Airport Economic Development Area Tax-Exempt Public Improvement <br />Project. <br />4.
