This $100,000.00 is part of a total $831,200.00 <br />for capital improvements that will also be funded through <br />Revenue Sharing, the EMS Capital Improvement Fund, and lease <br />purchase. <br />The total amount of money already identified for needed capital <br />improvements now totals $1,441,200.00. It has been necessary <br />to pursue these less efficient and more costly methods as a re- <br />sult of the continued unavailability of the General Obligation <br />Bond issue. <br />Your favorable consideration will be appreciated. <br />Sincerely��" <br />Joseph E.
