tom°-7� _ <br />1 <br />97o8W <br />Affidavit of Robert Richardson <br />Comes now Robert Richardson, and, upon his oath, states as <br />21 follows: <br />1. That he is a Registered Land Surveyor in the State of <br />Indiana. <br />2. That he performed a survey in connection with the <br />platting of Pinter's Minor Subdivision, Lot 1, on June 15, 1966. <br />3. That the numerical distance of 551.9 feet shown on the <br />plat does not correspond to the legal description, which reads: <br />A lot or parcel of land NW 1/4 Section 22, <br />Township 37 North, Range 2 East, bounded by a <br />line running as follows: <br />Beginning at a point 651.9 feet North of <br />the center of said Section 22, thence South <br />100 feet; thence West 430.00 feet; thence <br />North 100.00 feet and East 430.00 feet to the <br />place of beginning, containing .98 acres, <br />more or less, subject to legal highways. <br />(Said legal highway being a 40 foot strip of <br />land across the entire east end of the above <br />described parcel of land.) <br />4. That the legal description contains the correct distance <br />of 651.9 feet. <br />5. That the numerical distance shown on the plat of 551.9 <br />feet is incorrect. <br />6. That the correction of this error will align the <br />subdivision one lot to the North, as intended. <br />Further affiant sayeth naught. <br />I affirm, under the penalties for perjury, that the <br />foregoing representations are true and accurate to the best of my <br />knowledge and belief. <br />Robert Jq Richardson <br />Dated:_ <br />
