ORDINANCE NO. 0940 - k i AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $500,000.00 FROM THE CUMULATIVE SEWER BUILDING AND SINKING FUND TO PROJECT CS 811, OLD CLEVELAND ROAD SANITARY SEWER, WITHIN THE CUMULATIVE SEWER BUILDING AND SINKING FUND. In the best interest of public safety and welfare it is necessary to construct certain trunk sewer improvements on Old Cleveland Road from Bendix Drive to U. S. 31 to provide for sanitary sewer service. Funds are now needed for the cost of construction for these improve- ments. These funds are available from the Cumulative Sewer Building and Sinking Fund.
