(_Q'.f- AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 4990 -68, AS AMENDED, COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA (Chanter 21, Municipal Code). BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana: Section 1. Ordinance No. 4990 -68, as amended, which ordi- nance is co— may known as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of South Bend, Indiana, be and the same hereby is amended in order that the zoning classification of the following described real estate in the City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, State of Indiana: Lots 4 & 5 as shown on the recorded plat of Fred W. Keller' Subdivision of Lots 16, 17, 18 and 32 in Burrough's Sub- division of Bank Outlet 115 of the Third nlat of Outlots of the Town, now City, of South Bend, Indiana, platted by the State Bank of Indiana; excepting from said Lot 5, the following described tract in the Southwest corner thereof, bounded by a line running as follows, viz: Beginning at the Southwest corner of said Lot 5, running thence Easterly with the Southerly line of said Lot, 40 feet; thence North to a point 10 feet South of the North line of said Lot 5; thence Southwesterly parallel with the Northerly line of said Lot 5 to the Westerly line of said Lot; thence South on said West line to the place of beginning. be and the same is hereby established as B Residential, B Height and Area.
