ORDINANCE NO. AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $5,267.00 FROM THE DISCOVERY HALL FUND OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, FOR RENTAL OF STORAGE SPACE FOR THE STUDEBAKER COLLECTION TO BE ADMINISTERED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF ADMINISTRATION AND FINANCE. STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: Funds are needed to provide storage area for that portion of the Studebaker Collection which is not on display. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION I. The sum of $5,267.00 is hereby appropriated from the Discovery Hall Fund of the City of South Bend, Indiana. This appropriation is to be administered by the Department of Adminis- tration and Finance and will be distributed as set forth below: ACCOUNT DESCRIPTION AMOUNT 520.0 Rents $ 5,267.00 TOTAL $ 5,267.00 SECTION II. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after its passage by the Common Council, approval by the Mayor, and fulfillment of all statutory re- quirements for emergency appropriations.
