Jefferson Boulevard <br />Presiding: Joseph Wroblewski South Bend, Indiana 46601 <br />President <br />The December 6, 1994 Regular Meeting of the Redevelopment Authority was called to order <br />at 4:34 p.m. by its President, Joseph Wroblewski., There was a quorum present. <br />1. ROLL CALL <br />Members Present: Mr. Joseph Wroblewski, President <br />Ms. Mary O. Ferlic, Secretary <br />Members Absent: Mr. Andre B. Gammage, Vice-President <br />Redevelopment Staff: Mrs. Ann Kolata, Director <br />Mrs. Cheryl Phipps, Recording Secretary <br />F~ <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />a. Approval of Minutes of the Regular Meeting of Tuesday, November 15, <br />1994. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Ferlic, seconded by Mr. Wroblewski and unanimously <br />carried, the Authority approved the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of <br />1~esday, November 15, 1994. <br />3. NEW BUSINESS <br />a. Authority approval requested for Deed of Dedication for F. Jay Nimtz <br />Parkway. <br />Mrs. Kolata explained that as part of the official dedication of F. Jay Nimtz <br />Parkway, the City must own the land on which the road is built. This deed <br />conveys the land to the City of South Bend. F. Jay Nimtz Parkway replaces a <br />portion of Old Cleveland Road. <br />i• <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Ferlic, seconded by Mr. Wroblewski and unanimously <br />carried, the Authority approved the Deed of Dedication for F.
