ORDINANCE NO. 7068 -82 <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $260,000.00 FROM THE LOCAL <br />ROAD AND STREET FUND TO PROJECT R & S 8203, ARDMORE <br />TRAIL WIDENING AND SIGNALIZATION PROJECT, WITHIN THE <br />LOCAL ROAD AND STREET FUND. <br />STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br />In order to bring Ardmore Trail up to the standards necessary to <br />meet existing traffic needs and to provide a safer roadway for the con - <br />jested area, certain improvements have been proposed. <br />Funds are now needed for engineering, construction and right -of -way <br />costs for these improvements. These funds are available from the Local <br />Road and Street Fund. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: <br />Section I: The following sum of money is hereby appropriated <br />and set apart out of the Local Road and Street Fund for the project in <br />the amount set forth below: <br />PROJECT NO.
