a • <br />Breckinridge County Schools • s ," • CMTA <br />Guaranteed Energy Savings Contract ea..* <br />Annual Reconciliation Report (2023-2024) 00 <br />District Summary <br />The following is CMTA's Year 4 Reconciliation Report for Breckinridge County Schools. September 2023 <br />through August 2024 defines the second annual savings period, or Year 4. All energy savings reported <br />herein reflect this 12-month timeframe. <br />The energy savings featured throughout this report originate from the utility bills for the timeframe <br />analyzed and include electrical consumption, electrical demand, fuel consumption, and water <br />consumption. Energy consumed by the facilities associated with this project were compared to the energy <br />usage baselines that are summarized in Section 3, "Energy Baseline Data," of this report. The energy usage <br />difference between the baseline and the actual energy usage for the timeframe analyzed was translated <br />to monetary savings using the rates set forth for each facility as defined in Exhibit F of the guaranteed <br />energy savings contract (GESC). <br />Vpar a <br />Figures 4-1 through 4-3 show the main district facilities' overall performance in Year 4. The orange line <br />represents the district's baseline usage on guaranteed utility accounts, the blue line represents the <br />district's guaranteed usage, and the green line represents the district's actual usage. <br />Note that Hardinsburg Elementary School and Irvington Elementary School are excluded from Figures 4-1 <br />through 4-3. The only ECM performed at HES and IES was Solar PV Array installation.
