He has 19 years of proven electrical <br />design experience, including lighting, lighting controls, power <br />distribution, fire alarm layouts, and specifications for a variety <br />of projects. <br />Mr. Messner has completed building and energy assessments <br />that include lighting, power distribution, and fire alarm sys- <br />tems. <br />As the electrical engineer, Mr. Messner will be responsible for <br />the design of the electrical systems for this project. He will co- <br />ordinate with the Design Team to meet the expectations of this <br />project. He will be responsible for the production of plans and <br />specifications for the electrical systems to ensure the design <br />developed by the team will be executed properly. <br />
