He has 19 years of proven electrical design experience, including lighting, lighting controls, power distribution, fire alarm layouts, and specifications for a variety of projects. Mr. Messner has completed building and energy assessments that include lighting, power distribution, and fire alarm sys- tems. As the electrical engineer, Mr. Messner will be responsible for the design of the electrical systems for this project. He will co- ordinate with the Design Team to meet the expectations of this project. He will be responsible for the production of plans and specifications for the electrical systems to ensure the design developed by the team will be executed properly.
