He is a certified PV <br />designer, installation professional and inspector who has <br />worked on projects ranging from 5 kW to 10 mW+. <br />Mr. Kutter has experience in all facets of a construction <br />project from design, interconnection, and construction to <br />commissioning. He has a thorough knowledge base in utility <br />interconnection, both in net metering and behind the meter <br />interconnections. He also has strong skills in leadership and <br />management, which has led to the success of a variety of <br />projects. <br />• Engineers without Borders <br />As an Owner's Representative, Mr. Kutter will ensure the <br />• Kentucky Society of Professional Engineers <br />project is designed, built and commissioned to PV industry <br />• Kentucky Solar Industry Association -Board Member <br />standards.
