<br />a. Provide a comprehensive and detailed breakdown of costs for the scope of work described in this document.
<br />Include a projected cost per facility based on recently completed projects with similar scope.
<br />Based upon our recent solar installation at Center Grove Community Schools in Center Grove, IN, we have estimated the price per
<br />wattage for this project, which is found in the table below. The main difference in pricing between the Center Grove project and
<br />this project is the prevailing wage requirement and module tariffs. The Center Grove project came in at $2.83/watt for a 70kWdc
<br />Emergency Operations Center, which was bid and built in 2024. To be clear, these are ESTIMATED costs at this point. If we are
<br />selected as the successful ESCO we will fully design and competitively bid all labor and material to ensure that the City of South
<br />Bend gets the most value possible. We will then review those competitive bids directly with the City of South Bend and you will
<br />be able to hand select the contractors and material that you want to use as part of this project.
