We have a sufficient number of employees on staff to complete all work. If necessary, <br />Hawk can pull qualified workers from I.B.E.W local union 1393 or Locals 41 & 81. <br />(v) — The individuals who will perform work on a public work project are properly classified as an <br />employee under all applicable state and federal laws and local ordinances. <br />(v) — Hawk Enterprises, Inc. participates in apprenticeship and training programs and utilizes <br />apprentices and trainees when available.
