ORDINANCE NO. 7 103 -Pa <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $37,800.00 <br />FROM THE EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES <br />FUND FOR CAPITAL EQUIPMENT AND REPAIRS <br />WITHIN THE FIRE DEPARTMENT. <br />STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br />Funds are needed to complete the rebuilding of Engine <br />#11, replace a boiler at Fire Station #7, and repair the roof at <br />Fire Station #10. These funds are available from the Emergency <br />Medical Services Fund. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: <br />SECTION I. The following amounts are hereby <br />appropriatewitTi n the Emergency Medical Services Fund as <br />described below: <br />ACCOUNT DESCRIPTION AMOUNT <br />360.0 Buildings & Structure Repair $ 9,300.00 <br />363.0 Equipment Repair 28,500.00 <br />$ 37,800.00 <br />SECTION II.
