SECTION III. The City of South Bend, through its Board of <br />Public Works, may contract with the South Bend Development <br />Corporation, for the provision of staff support by City employees <br />with particular economic development expertise needed by the local <br />development corporation, for specific or ongoing projects. The <br />performance of these duties must directly relate to carrying out <br />redevelopment and /or economic development and /or community <br />development plans of the City of South Bend. <br />SECTION IV. The South Bend Development Corporation shall be <br />composed o mem ers nominated by the Mayor of South Bend and by the <br />South Bend Common Council, as well as by other community <br />organizations. <br />SECTION V. This Ordinance shall be in full force and <br />effect fromm air its passage by the Common Council and approval <br />by the Mayor. <br />
