-2- <br />Your prompt passage of these transfers is sought because a <br />production of Barnum is scheduled at the Morris on September 24th <br />and I would like to have all, or most, of the project completed by <br />that date. I'm certain that, recognizing that the safety of stage <br />personnel is of paramount importance and that expanded use of the <br />Morris Civic Auditorium is beneficial to the entire community, you <br />will approve these transfers. <br />We do not foresee any hidden costs, but are requesting $1,413.68 <br />additional ($22,000.00 - $20,586.32) just in case.
