ORDINANCE NO. 7d 9/ -,Ye <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $20,000.00 FROM THE LOCAL ROAD <br />AND STREET FUND TO PROJECT R & S 48 -3, IRONWOOD FROM INWOOD <br />TO NORTH OF RIDGEDALE, WITHIN THE LOCAL ROAD AND STREET <br />In order to bring Ironwood Road up to the standards necessary to <br />meet existing traffic needs and to provide a safer roadway for this <br />congested area, certain improvements have been proposed. <br />Additional funds are now needed for the right -of -way costs for <br />these improvements. These funds are available from the Local Road and <br />Street Fund. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: <br />Section I: The following sum of money is hereby appropriated and <br />set apart out of the Local Road and Street Fund for the project in the <br />amount set forth below: <br />PROJECT NO.
