NEW BUSINESS (Cont.) <br />c. continued... <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Wroblewski, seconded by Mr. Wroblewski and <br />unanimously carried, the Authority approved the Irrevocable Escrow Deposit <br />Agreement with Society National Bank, Indiana.. <br />d. Authority authorization requested to sign Tax Abatement. Petition fox Toll <br />Road Industrial Partners. <br />Mrs. Kolata explained that earlier this year the Authority agreed to sell land to <br />Toll Road Industrial Partners for the Tech Data building. Tech Data .built a <br />,100,000 square foot building. That is now done and occupied. Toll Road <br />Industrial Partners now wishes to exercise their option for an additional five <br />acres of land to add another 125,000 square feet to the existing building. <br />They want to apply for tax abatement. As the owner of the land, the <br />Authority must sign the Tax Abatement Petition. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Gammage, seconded by Mr. Wroblewski and <br />.unanimously carried, the Authority authorized signing the Tax Abatement <br />Petition for Toll Road Industrial Partners. <br />e. Authority authorization requested to sign Certificate of Compliance related <br />to remodeling of Century Center. <br />Mrs. Kolata explained that this Certificate of Compliance is a document that <br />needs to go down to the State for approval along with the plans for remodeling <br />Century Center.. The Authority must sign it as the owner of the building. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Gammage, seconded by Mr. Wroblewski and <br />unanimously carried the Authority .authorized signing the Certificate of <br />Compliance related to the remodeling of Century Center. <br />. -3- <br />
