White Chairperson, Committee Re: Substitute Bill No. 18 -13 of the Whole Tim Scott Dear Council Members: First District We are attaching Substitute Bill No. 18 -13. It clarifies with greater particularity Henry Davis, Jr. the overall intent and purposes of the original ordinance filed on April 17th . Second District The Substitute Bill provides reasonable and necessary tools to the Building Valerie Schey Department when new dwellings are proposed to be built in the City of South Third District Bend. The definition for "dwelling" is identical to that used in the zoning Fred Ferlic regulations. That submitted data would be checked against the four (4) maps Fourth District depicting soils, wetlands, floodplains, and drainage basins /watersheds. The proposed ordinance would NOT change any of the current building regulations David Varner addressing fences, walls, parking areas, loading areas, towers, antenna and signs. Fifth District The proposed ordinance authorizes reasonable conditions to be made if deemed Oliver J.
