<br />SECTION II. Chapter 4, Article 1 through 7, Sections 4 -1
<br />through 4 -41 of the Municipal Code of the City of South Bend, Indiana,
<br />are hereby deleted in their entirety and replaced by the foregoing
<br />ordinance. Article 8 commonly known as PUblic Parks, Sections 4 -42
<br />through 4 -84 is hereby retained and renumbered to become Article 3, it
<br />Chapter 19, Sections 19 -36 through 19 -78.
<br />SECTION III. Chapter 7, Articles 1 through 9, Section 7 -1 through
<br />7 -122, commonly known as "Business" of the Municipal Code of the City
<br />of South Bend, Indiana, is hereby deleted and reserved for future use.
<br />SECTION IV. Chapter 10, Article 2, Restaurants and Article 3,
<br />Food Vendin— g�Veiicles, Section 10 -21 through 10 -51 of the Municipal
<br />Code of the City of South Bend, Indiana, are hereby deleted and
<br />reserved for future use.
<br />SECTION V. Chapter 11, Article 3, Division 2, Section 11 -20.
<br />through 11 -27 of the Municipal Code of the City of South Bend, Indiana,
<br />are hereby deleted and reserved for future use.
<br />SECTION VI.Chapter 12, entitled Licenses and Permits of the
<br />Municipal Code of the City of South Bend, Indiana :ice hereby deleted
<br />in its entirety and reserved for future use.
<br />SECTION VII. Chapter 14,--- Pest Control of the
<br />Municipal Code of the City of South Bend, Indiana, is hereby deleted
<br />in its entirety and reserved for future use.
<br />SECTION VIII. Chapter 16, Article 4, Licensing Collectors and
<br />Haulers, Sections 16 -27 through 16 -33 of the Municipal Code of the
<br />City of South Bend, Indiana,is hereby deleted and reserved for
<br />future use.
<br />SECTION IX. Chapter 19, Divison 3, Arborist License, Sections
<br />19 -26 through 19 -31, of the Municipal Code of the City of South Bend,
<br />Indiana, is hereby deleted and reserved for future use.
<br />SECTION X. Chapter 20, Article 4, Section 20 -32 through Section
<br />20 -43.1 (Bicycle Licensing) of the Municipal Code of the City of South
<br />Bend, Indiana, is hereby deleted and reserved for future use.
<br />SECTION XI. Severability.
<br />If any provisions, section, or article of this ordinance is
<br />declared to be invalid or unconstitutional,such declaration shall not
<br />be construed to affect any of the other provisions, sections or articles
<br />herein, and the remainder of the ordinance shall not thereby be
<br />invalidated.
<br />SECTION XII Any provision of the Municipal Code which appears
<br />to be in conflict with this ordinance is hereby repealed.
