In 1981 <br />Renew, Inc. has acquired and rehabilitated eight homes with assistance <br />from CDBG funds previously appropriated for personnel and non - <br />personnel costs. <br />The $15,000 would be used to acquire homes for resale to low - income <br />individuals thus promoting home ownership in the city. The 1981 <br />Unspecified Local Option account is currently at a level of $124,787. <br />I request your favorable consideration of this ordinance.
