Ordinance No.Lgge -91 AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $35,000.00 FROM THE FEDERAL ASSISTANCE GRANT, COMMONLY REFERRED TO AS GENERAL REVENUE SHARING FOR THE REPAIR OF ISLAND PARK TO BE ADMINISTERED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA. STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT:: Whereas, Island Park is in need of necessary repairs to maintain the park and funds are now available in the General Revenue Sharing Fund. SECTION I. The sum of $35,000.00 is hereby appropriated for the year 1981 from the Federal Assistance Grant Fund, commonly known as the General Revenue Sharing Trust Fund. This appropriation is to be administered by the Department of Public Works and will be distributed as set forth below: PROGRAM FA 222 Repair of Island Park Account Description Amount 260.0 Other Contractuals $35,000.00 $35,000.00 SECTION II.
