ORDINANCE NO. � _g j AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 4990 -68, AS AMENDED, COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA (Chapter 21, Municipal Code). BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana: Section 1. Ordinance No. 4990 -68, as amended, which ordinance is commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of South Bend, Indiana, be and the same hereby is amended in order that the zoning classification of the following described real estate in the City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, State of Indiana: A part of Lots Numbered 316 and 317 as shown on the recorded Plat of Samuel L. Cottrell's First Addition to the Town of Lowell, now within and a part of the City of South Bend described as follows: Beginning at the Southwest corner of said Lot Numbered 317; running thence North 121 feet; thence East 55 feet; thence South 121 feet; thence West 55 feet to the place of beginning. Also the middle one - third part of Lots 315, 316 and 317 as shown on the recorded plat of Samuel L. Cottrell's First Addition to the Town of Lowell, now within and a part of the City of South Bend described as follows: Beginning on the South line of said Lot Numbered 317, which is also the North line of East Jefferson Boulevard, at a point 55 feet East of the South- west corner of said Lot 317; thence due North 198 feet to the North line of said Lot 315; thence East on said line 55 feet; thence South 198 feet to the South line of said Lot 317; thence West on said line 55 feet to the place of beginning. be and the same is hereby established as C- Commercial, A- Height and Area.
