STAFF REPORT <br />April 8, 1982 <br />MY "17'Y.YA Yom'tl'icIIMA <br />Indiana Public Law Number 312, 1981 states that local ordinances may not <br />totally preclude all manufactured homes constructed after January 1, 1981, <br />and that exceed 950 square feet of occupied space, from being installed as <br />permanent residences on any lot on which any other type of dwelling unit <br />may be placed. Separate ordinance amendments have been drafted for the <br />City of South -Bend, St. Joseph County, and the Towns of Lakeville, North <br />Liberty, New Carlisle and Roseland to bring these zoning ordinances into <br />compliance with this State law. <br />
