ORDINANCE NO. 7063 -8 >2 AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $35,000.00 FROM THE CUMULATIVE SEWER BUILDING AND SINKING FUND TO PROJECT CS 817, DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS - FAIRFAX SUBDIVISION, WITHIN THE CUMULATIVE SEWER BUILDING AND SINKING FUND. STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: In the best interest of public health and safety, it is necessary to provide drainage of the Swale and to construct pipe and culvert improve- ments to relieve the drainage problems in this subdivision. Funds are now needed for the cost of construction for these improve- ments. These funds are available from the Cumulative Sewer Building and Sinking Fund.
