ORDINANCE NO. 7062-82 AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $40,000.00 FROM THE CUMULATIVE SEWER BUILDING AND SINKING FUND TO PROJECT CS 818, REPAIR OF BRIDGEWORK OVER BOWMAN CREEK, WITHIN THE CUMULATIVE SEWER BUILDING AND SINKING FUND. STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: In the best interest of public health and safety it is necessary to repair bridge railings, sidewalks, bridgedecks, etc. at Dale, Dubail and Main over Bowman Creek. Funds are now needed for the cost of construc- tion for these improvements. These funds are available from the Cumulative Sewer Building and Sinking Fund.
