In the interest of public safety it is necessary to install <br />a signal at this location to allow for safe pedestrian crossing and better <br />traffic movement. The balance in the Local Road and Street Fund after <br />approval of this ordinance is $973,960.28. <br />Your favorable consideration on this proposed ordinance is requested.
