ORDINANCE NO. 7059 -82 AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $25,000.00 FROM THE LOCAL ROAD AND STREET FUND TO PROJECT R &S 8201, EXTENSION OF SAMPSON STREET NEAR SOUTHERNVIEW DRIVE, WITHIN THE LOCAL ROAD AND STREET FUND. STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: In order to bring Sampson Street up to the standards necessary to meet existing traffic needs, and to allow additional access to the sub- division, certain improvements have been proposed. Funds are now needed for the cost of construction of these improve- ments. These funds are available from the Local Road and Street Fund. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: Section I: The following sum of money is hereby appropriated and ordered set apart from the Local Road and Street Fund for the project in the amount set forth below: Project No. Inratinn Amount R &S 8201 Extension of Sampson Street near $ 25,000.00 Southernview Drive.
