ORDINANCE NO. *113 4- $ of <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $50,000 <br />FROM THE FIREFIGHTERS PENSION FUND. <br />STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br />Since the City of South Bend has received additional <br />funds from the State of Indiana for the Firefighter Pension Fund, <br />it is now necessary to appropriate these additional funds so that <br />they may be expended in 1982 for the purpose of making pension <br />payments to retirees. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council <br />of the City of South Bend, Indiana: <br />SECTION I. That the sum of $50,000 is hereby <br />appropriated for t ez 1982 from the Firefighter's Pension Fund. <br />This appropriation is to be administered by the Firefighter's Pension <br />Secretary and will be distributed.as set forth below. <br />ACCOUNT DESCRIPTION AMOUNT <br />150.1 Pension Retired $50,000.00 <br />Personnel <br />Total $50,000.00 <br />SECTION II.
