If any owner or occupant fails to com 1 <br />with this sub - section, the City may remove the snow an ice pursua <br />to Section 18 -8 of this Code. <br />Section 20 -103: Snow Routes: Designation and Posting. <br />(a) The Board of Public Works shall desi nate as snow <br />routes streets which are heavily traveled an are necessary thorou <br />fares for the movement of vehicular traffic throueh the Citv. <br />-2- <br />t <br />
