VOOR, ALLEN, FEDDER, HERENDEEN 8 KOWALS November 8, 1982 Members of the South Bend Common Council County -City Building South Bend, IN 46601 Re: $350,000 Economic Revenue Bond - Medical Arts Corporation of South Bend (South Bend Clinic) - Proposed Ordinance Dear Councilmen: On August 23, 1982, this Council passed Ordinance No. 7086 -52, approving the financing documents and issuance of $350,000.00 of revenue bonds for Medical Arts Corporation of South Bend for the purpose of expanding existing space and contracting new space to be leased to Clinic Outpatient Surgery, Inc., which would operate the facility for the purpose of providing outpatient surgery service. These services would complement the medical services already provided by the South Bend Clinic at 211 North Eddy Street, South Bend, Indiana. However, because of certain changes in the financing arrangements it has been determined that a new Ordinance should be enacted which would supplement and amend the previously passed Ordinance.
