Refer to paragraph numbers used in the Agreement or a previous amendment for clarity <br />with respect to the modifications to be made. Use paragraph numbers in this document for ease of <br />reference herein and in future correspondence or amendments.] <br />a. Engineer shall perform or furnish the following Additional Services: <br />1) Prepare State Revolving Fund (SRF) Preliminary Engineering Report (PER) <br />sections for the Edison WTP to be incorporated into a PER by Others. <br />2) Prepare exhibits for alternatives. <br />3) Prepare environmental exhibits as required by IFA including wetland determination <br />and flood plain boundaries from available federal information documentation. <br />4) Prepare cost estimates and assist with financial evaluations as required by the <br />Indiana Finance Authority (IFA). <br />5) Coordination with IFA regarding the environmental assessment, preparation of <br />letters of transmittal, cover letters, and responding to comments. <br />6) Final revisions to the PER following a review and comment period by Owner. <br />7) Assist with preparation for the public hearing including the agenda, attendance, and <br />drafting of the meeting minutes.
