ORDINANCE NO. 70 V� -,Fa <br />AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING AND <br />APPROPRIATING $125,000 FROM <br />CUMULATIVE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT <br />FUND TO THE BOARD OF PUBLIC <br />WORKS WITHIN THE GENERAL FUND <br />OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA <br />STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br />Monies are needed for street repair and maintenance in <br />1982. Funds are available in the Cumulative Capital Improvement Fund, but <br />they must be transferred to the General Fund to be used for street repairs <br />and maintenance. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION I. Transfer $125,000 from the Cumulative Capital <br />Improvement Fund to the General Fund pursuant to I.C. 6 -7 -1 -31.1 <br />SECTION II.
