ORDINANCE NO. 711 9-,r2-- <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $161,000.00 FROM <br />THE MUNICIPAL BONDS OF 1981 FUND FOR MOTOR <br />EQUIPMENT WITHIN THE STREET DEPARTMENT <br />STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br />WHEREAS, the City has earned interest on <br />proceeds from the General Obligation Bond, and this interest <br />is available for capital projects and <br />WHEREAS, additional funds are needed for motor <br />equipment to meet the needs of the Street Department. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON <br />COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: <br />SECTION I. That $161,000.00 is hereby ap- <br />propriated to account 427.0 Motor Equipment within the <br />Municipal Bond of 1981 Fund. <br />SECTION II.
