ORDINANCE NO. 70a / -J'a <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $46,534.33 <br />FROM THE CUMULATIVE SEWER BUILDING AND SINKING <br />FUND TO THE GENERAL IMPROVEMENT FUND. <br />STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br />Certain Barrett Law Sewer Projects have been constructed in accord- <br />ance with the bids and resolutions submitted to, and approved by the <br />Board of Public Works. The City of South Bend has been assessed the sum <br />of $46,534.33 for part of the Prairie Avenue Sanitary Sewer and funds are <br />needed for payment of this assessment.
