ORDINANCE NO. 7 D w- FA <br />AN ORDINANCE DESIGNATING AND ESTABLISHING AN <br />HISTORIC LANDMARK UNDER ORDINANCE NO. 5565 -73, <br />AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 4990 -68, AS AMENDED, <br />COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE <br />CITY OF SOUTH BEND <br />WHEREAS, the Historic Preservation Commission of South Bend <br />and St. Joseph County has petitioned for the designation of the following <br />described real estate as an Historic Landmark under Ordinance No. 5565 -73, <br />as amended, to wit: <br />Pt. LOT 10, 124.4' on PTG <br />Jackson Sub.
