ORDINANCE N0. 7iai-Y2- <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $65,574.00 <br />FROM THE EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES <br />FUND FOR CAPITAL REPAIRS WITHIN THE <br />DEPARTMENT <br />STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br />Since it is necessary to rebuild Snorkel 1 in <br />order to keep it operable, and since only $123,158.00 is <br />available from the General Obligation Bond proceeds out of <br />$189,158.00 needed, additional monies are needed to complete <br />this capital project. These funds are now available within <br />the Emergency Medical Services Fund. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON <br />COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: <br />SECTION I. The following amount is hereby ap- <br />propriated wit�iin tFe Emergency Medical Services Fund as <br />described below: <br />ACCOUNT DESCRIPTION AMOUNT <br />363.0 Equipment Repair $ 65,574.00 <br />SECTION II.
